Dr. Hicken

Originally from Utah, Dr. Hicken was educated at Utah State University, receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 1982. He went to the University of Oklahoma for dental school where he received his DDS degree in 1986. Graduating with honors, he was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society and also received an award for outstanding interest and proficiency in children’s dentistry. Before entering private practice, Dr. Hicken completed a hospital-based general practice residency at the VA hospital in Martinez, CA. He has enjoyed treating patients in his Fairfield family care practice since 1987. Dr. Hicken and his wife Jenette have been married since 1980 and have four children and several cats.
